CMMS and EAM Data Integrity Consulting

Your assets are in the system.

Your data is lying to you.

THE PROBLEM

Most CMMS systems aren't broken. They're just never been fully owned.

Records accumulate. Fields go empty. Schedules drift from reality. Duplicate assets hide in plain sight. Nobody flags it because nobody owns it.

You can't make good maintenance decisions on data you can't trust.

WHAT I DO

Data Integrity Audit You suspect the data is wrong. You just don't know how wrong, or where to start. I export what's in your system, map every gap, duplicate, and retired asset that's still active, and hand you a findings report with prioritized recommendations. Not a list of problems — a ranked order of what to fix first and why.

Data Migration & Loading I handle the full data loading lifecycle — new site onboarding, asset replacements, and mass upload preparation. If your data lives in spreadsheets, I clean it, map it to your system's required format, and make sure it's upload-ready before it ever touches your CMMS. No bad data in, no cleanup later.

Schedule Logic Your PMs are running. But are they running right? Schedules built on bad baselines drift quietly until they're an audit problem or a missed failure. I compare your existing schedules against your asset classes and current maintenance standards, then rebuild the logic so what's in your system matches what should actually be happening.

Reporting Your CMMS is only as useful as what you can pull out of it. I build reports and dashboards that surface maintenance costs, work order trends, asset performance, and schedule compliance — so you can make decisions based on what's actually in your system.

Something Else? Don't see your problem here? Good. Bring it anyway. If something in your operations is tedious, error-prone, or feels like it should be automatable — tell us about it. I scope custom solutions for workflows that don't fit a standard service.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You're running facilities operations and your CMMS has been live for years — but you've never had someone whose actual job was owning the data.

Maybe you inherited the system. Maybe your team has been entering records inconsistently for a decade. Maybe you're onboarding a new site and you know from experience that bad data in means bad data forever.

You don't need a new system. You need someone to get into the one you have and make it tell the truth.

GnoFlow works with facilities managers and operations leads on Famis, Maximo, Infor EAM, IBM Maximo, and most major CMMS/EAM platforms. If you're not sure whether your platform qualifies, ask anyway.

WHY GNOFLOW

GnoFlow is founded by a facilities data specialist with hands-on experience managing CMMS integrity across portfolios exceeding three million square feet — including government properties, data centers, and enterprise office portfolios.

“I don't just configure CMMS systems. I build solutions around them.

My background spans enterprise facilities operations across government properties, and portfolios exceeding three million square feet of offices, data centers, and labs. I've worked with Famis 360, Infor EAM, Power BI, and built custom tooling on top of both — including a Python tool that simplified complex asset intake for facilities managers and translated it back into the system's native format automatically.

Before that, I built an Access-based inventory system for a municipal parks operation that automated requisition paperwork when stock ran low. That was the first system I made work better than I found it. It hasn't been the last.

At every level — government, enterprise, field operations — the pattern is the same: the data exists, the system exists, and there’s someone who enters data into their CMMS. Very few have someone who owns it.

That's the difference GnoFlow brings.”

LET'S TALK

If your data is overdue for a real look, a discovery call is the right first step. No pitch. Just a conversation about what your system actually needs.
